Dr. Kristina Wright

Dr. Kristina Wright currently serves as the Director of Strategic Priorities and Community Connection at The Seven Hills School, focusing on leadership and collaboration in areas such as admissions and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Additionally, Kristina is a member of the Board of Directors for the Sydney Paige Foundation, contributing to strategic initiatives aimed at breaking the cycle of poverty. As the co-founder of Giving the Wright Way, Kristina seeks to provide resources and opportunities for the community. Previous roles include Vice President of Student Success at Making Waves Education Foundation, where Kristina drove program improvement and oversaw college success services for approximately 500 students. Kristina's educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from USC Rossier School of Education, along with a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from California State University - East Bay.
