Jason Chatfield is a prominent cartoonist, illustrator, and author, currently working with The New Yorker since August 2017, creating gag cartoons and illustrations. Chatfield also serves as a cartoonist with The Seymour Agency and has published the book "You're Not A Real Parent Until." As an illustrator, Chatfield collaborates with the Waking Up app, producing portrait illustrations and researching the app's aesthetic. Additionally, Chatfield is a host and judge for the Food Network and holds the position of President of the National Cartoonists Society, which represents professional cartoonists globally. Previous roles include daily comic strip cartoonist for "Ginger Meggs," and editorial cartoonist for the Fremantle Herald. Chatfield's career as a freelance cartoonist and comedian has spanned nearly two decades, beginning with Jason Chatfield LLC in December 2004. Chatfield is an alumnus of St Marks ACS, where education was completed from 1997 to 2001.
