Caline Friedli

Caline Friedli is an accomplished Sales Manager and Senior Design Consultant at The Shade Store since December 2013, currently serving as the National Sales Design/Support Manager. In this role, Caline oversees the operations of over 20 consultants while managing multiple inboxes. Prior experience includes serving as Sales and Office Manager at Carolyn Ray Inc., where coordination of sales across 11 showrooms and customer service for international clients were key responsibilities. Caline also held positions at Mark Inc. Fine Carpets as Office Manager, Robert Steele Gallery as Assistant, and Cocoon in Sales, developing strong relationships and enhancing customer experience throughout. Caline holds a Bachelor's degree in Art History and French from Brandeis University and a high school degree from Mamaroneck High School.
