Stephanie Boley

Stephanie Boley is a seasoned professional in client services with extensive experience in managing customer experience operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Client Services at The Shade Store since October 2025, Stephanie previously held the position of Client Services Manager at FASHIONPHILE from August 2019 to October 2025, leading a team of over 30 employees and refining operational strategies across various communication channels. Prior roles include positions at Bank of America, where responsibilities involved relationship management and coaching, as well as store management roles at francesca’s®. Stephanie obtained a degree in Communications and Business/Commerce from Auburn University at Montgomery between 2009 and 2011.
