Taís Paganin Kasperson

Taís Paganin Kasperson is an experienced interior design consultant and showroom manager currently employed at The Shade Store since November 2021. Previously, Taís held various positions at Modsy from June 2019 to October 2021, including Luxe Flex Designer and Designer Project Lead, where responsibilities included creating designs using a 3D layout tool and responding to customer inquiries. Taís also worked at La-Z-Boy Incorporated from November 2011 to May 2019, contributing as a Design Expert and Store Designer, focusing on operations, customer service, and project management for in-home design programs. Additionally, Taís has experience as a research assistant for John Wiley and Sons. Taís holds a Diploma in Rhetoric from Harvard University and an Associate's Degree in Residential Planning from The Art Institutes.
