Shannon Case has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Diversified Services until 2011. Then, from 2011 to 2013, they served as a Human Resources Compliance Supervisor at Macy's. Following that, they joined GE Capital as a Workforce Management Scheduling Specialist from 2013 to 2014, and later as a Senior Training and Development Specialist from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they became a Human Resources Manager at Keidel Supply Co., Inc. and held the position until 2017. Currently, they work at Sheakley, initially as a Human Resource Manager from 2017, then as a Human Resources Director from 2019, and currently as the Vice President of Human Resources starting from April 2020.

Shannon Case holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Development from Xavier University, which was obtained between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resource Management and Organization from Miami University, graduating between 2008 and 2011. Furthermore, Shannon Case obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in February 2017.
