Adam Ledger

Adam Ledger is a dedicated academy coach currently at Barnsley FC since November 2023, with a strong background in sports education and youth development. Adam has served as the Head of Student Experience and Tutor Mentor at The Sheffield College since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Development Phase Academy Coach for Rotherham United Football Club from April 2018 to November 2023, and various positions within the National Citizen Service (NCS) framework. Adam progressed from NCS Assistant Coordinator with Sheffield Wednesday Community Programme (2010-2017) to Senior Coordinator and Strand Manager roles, demonstrating significant leadership in youth engagement. An alumnus of the University of South Wales, Adam holds a BSc Hons in Football Coaching and Administration.
