Natalie Dodds

Natalie Dodds is an accomplished educational leader with diverse experience in the construction and education sectors. Currently serving as the Yorkshire Region Chair for the BACH British Association of Construction Heads since September 2024, Natalie has held multiple roles at The Sheffield College since February 2021, including Academy Director for Building Technologies, and Head of Quality and Compliance for Apprenticeships Work-Based Learning and Commercial. Prior experience includes serving as a Quality Assurer for Ruskin Mill Trust Limited and as a Training and Development Officer for Interserve Learning & Employment. Natalie has a strong background in training and assessment, having worked as a trainer for various hair and beauty academies, alongside a successful singing career performing across the UK. Academically, Natalie holds a Master of Education in Leadership & Management from The University of Huddersfield, along with several relevant qualifications in educational leadership and assessment.
