Paul Simpson

Paul Simpson has more than 20 years’ human resources experience in the public and private sector, the majority being in the further education sector.

This includes 10 years’ experience in human resources at Rotherham College where he was part of a team that took the organization from being Ofsted graded ‘satisfactory’ to ‘good’ whilst also increasing staff engagement.
