Vicky Stoneman

Vicky Stoneman has a diverse work experience in various HR and management roles. Vicky is currently the Director of People Experience and Operations at The Sheffield College, a position they have held since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Interim Head of HR at the same company from May 2022 to August 2023.

Before joining The Sheffield College, Vicky served as an HR Manager at St John Ambulance from August 2021 to April 2022. Vicky also worked as an HR and People Manager at OSL Cutting Technologies from November 2020 to July 2021, and as an HR Business Partner at BLE Smoke & Fire Curtains from November 2019 to September 2020.

In addition to their corporate experience, Vicky also has experience as a Director of Effective HR Solutions Ltd Sheffield South Yorkshire from November 2015 to October 2019, where they provided HR solutions and management advice to businesses.

Earlier in their career, Vicky worked in various HR roles at Royal Mail, starting as a Work Area Manager from October 2011 to February 2013, and then as a Career Transitions Coach from February 2013 to October 2014. Vicky also worked as an HR Adviser at Methodist Homes MHA from April 2011 to October 2011.

Vicky began their HR career as a Project HR Officer at the NHS from February 2011 to April 2011, followed by a role as an HR Officer at Nottingham University Hospital from July 2010 to February 2011. Vicky also worked as an HR Advisor at the NHS from September 2008 to June 2010.

Vicky Stoneman has a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Lincoln, earning a BA. Hons degree in History from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, Vicky has obtained certifications in Everything DiSC Workplace® from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand and AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting from AAT.
