Rachele Bonifacio

Rachele Bonifacio is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Bars Operations Manager at The Shelbourne since April 2023, previously holding the role of Assistant Bar Manager. Prior to this, Rachele worked at the gibson hotel as an Assistant Bars Manager and as a Dalata Operations Graduate Manager. Rachele began a career trajectory with Barceló Hotel Group, undertaking a Management Trainee position as part of the pre-opening team at Occidental Al Jaddaf, followed by a Room Division Internship at Occidental Jandia Mar. Rachele holds a BBA in International Hotel Management from Les Roches and completed a Front Office Junior Manager course at UET Italia.
