Nathan Bauman

Nathan Bauman is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience in the chemical industry. Currently serving as Supply Chain Manager at The Shepherd Chemical Company since October 2022, Nathan previously held the position of Supply Chain and Manufacturing Controlling Manager at Givaudan for a brief period in 2022. Nathan's career at The Shepherd Chemical Company began in September 2002, where various roles included Finance and ERP Business Partner, Demand Planner, Supply Chain Analyst, and Chemical Operator. Nathan holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies, both from Xavier University.
