Elana Maggal

Elana Maggal has a diverse and extensive work experience in events management and program development. Elana is currently working as the Sr. Director of Faculty Recruitment at The Shift Network, where they are responsible for booking outstanding faculty for courses. Elana founded and serves as the President of Elite Events Group since 2014, where they help clients produce world-class live events. Prior to that, they worked at 1440 Multiversity as a Senior Workshop Programmer, where they developed programming and negotiated contracts with experts in various sectors. Elana also served as the Conference/Event Director at Yoga Journal and significantly increased profit margin and ROI for the company's conferences. Furthermore, they worked as the Executive Event Director at The Learning Annex and was responsible for producing over 200 events per month. Elana began their career as the Director of Marketing and Publicity at America LIVE! at Sacramento, where they executed promotions and marketing plans for multiple venues.
