Eva Rampazzo

Eva Rampazzo currently serves as the Head of Consulting and Shipping Academy at The Shipping Collective since April 2023. Prior to this role, Eva was a Founder in Residence at Antler, focusing on impact ventures, including regenerative ocean farming within offshore wind farms. Eva held significant positions at Danske Bank from April 2019 to August 2022, including First Vice President for Product Governance and Regulatory Implementation, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring regulatory compliance and leading the change agenda for Corporate and Institutional banking. Previous roles at Danske Bank also featured project management related to Brexit and tax reporting. Eva's extensive experience in the shipping industry includes leadership roles at Seago Line and A.P. Moller - Maersk Group, where efforts were centered around process excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer service. Educational qualifications include a Black Belt certification in Six Sigma and degrees from the Copenhagen Shipping Academy and Università degli Studi di Padova, alongside ongoing project management studies.
