Rasmus Nagel serves as Managing Director at The Shipping Collective since November 2021, focusing on empowering shipping companies through strategy execution, digital transformation, and product development. In addition, Rasmus holds positions as Chairman of the Board at Nykøbing FC since June 2024 and Board Member at EFSEN UV & EB Technology from April 2024. Previously, Rasmus acted as Advisor for Motion Ventures, specializing in startup growth in the shipping sector, and held key roles at Swire Shipping as Head of Customer Service, Technology and Digital, and at Maersk Line as Director of Operations Transformation and later as Programme Manager. Early career includes roles in project management and process excellence at DONG Energy and Maersk Line. Rasmus is educated at Copenhagen Business School and has attained certifications in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
