Megan Dunick Isler has worked in the media industry since 2011. In 2011, they were an Intern at PromoWest Productions, where they worked one-on-one with the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing. In 2012, they became an Assistant Media Planner/Buyer at Brandmuscle, where they were responsible for negotiating and placing clients' advertisements throughout local media platforms. In 2014, they became a Media Planner at Moxie, where they provided media support for clients such as Rachael Ray Nutrish, Honeybaked Ham, Sonny's BBQ, South Beach Diet, and Thornton's. In 2015, they became a Media Strategist at SBC Advertising, where they provided strategic media support to clients such as Elmer's Glue/Krazy Glue/X-ACTO, Ohio Tuition Trust Authority, Columbia Gas of Ohio, Hondros College of Nursing, The Melting Pot, Bruegger's Bagels, AAA of Ohio, Lifeline of Ohio, and BIBIBOP. Finally, in 2016, Megan became a Media Director at The Shipyard, where they managed marketing support for clients such as Donatos Pizza, Weleda, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Brewdog and CAS. During their role as Media Supervisor, they were responsible for marketing trend research, audience profile research, developing media RFPs, building and managing annual media plans/budgets, managing relationships between clients and publishers, monitoring performance media, implementing data-based learnings, and creating and presenting client facing reports.

Megan Dunick Isler obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Public Relations and Marketing from Kent State University between 2008 and 2012.
