Beth Butler

Beth Butler has a diverse work experience in the human resources and technology industry. Beth most recently worked as an HXM Sales Director at TSP - The Silicon Partners Inc. Prior to that, they held the position of VP Sales & Marketing at HR Focal Point. Beth also gained valuable experience as a Sales Executive at Managecore and held multiple roles at IBM, including Client Service Representative, Client Solution Executive, Global Business Development Leader, North America Business Development Executive, and Associate Partner. Beth has also worked at SAP SuccessFactors and SAP, where they served as Global Sales and Strategy Leader, HCM Account Executive, Principal/Director, and Learning Solution Principal. Before joining SAP, they worked at PeopleSoft and Oracle Corporation in various Solution Consultant and HCM Presales roles. Beth started their career as an HRMS Benefits Manager at Phoenix Children's Hospital.

Beth Butler attended the University of Phoenix from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Management. Prior to that, they completed an Associate degree in Nursing at St. Mary's University from 1984 to 1986. In addition to their formal education, Beth Butler has also obtained several certifications, including Sales Knowledge 2021 - SAP Partner Digital and Social Selling Expert from SAP in March 2022, Insight Selling to the CxO from IBM in August 2019, Cloud and Cognitive Patterns from IBM in September 2017, and IBM Selling Professional - Level 1 from IBM in October 2015.
