Michael Hoffmann

Michael Hoffmann is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as Technical Controller at The Silver Spoon Company since March 2009. Prior to this role, Michael held senior technical management positions at Grace Foods (UK) and W.T.Foods Ltd from February 2007 to March 2009 and February 1998 to February 2007, respectively. Michael's career also includes experience as a Product Development Manager at H.P. Foods Ltd and as Group Technical Manager at B.E.International Foods Ltd, from 1996 to 1998 and 1990 to 1996, respectively. Michael holds a BSc(Hons) in Food Science from London Southbank University and a HND in Applied Biology, specializing in Food Science from the University of the West of England.
