Sarah Giffen

Sarah Giffen (Blagden) is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at The Silver Spoon Company since June 2019, Sarah has previously held significant positions including UK & International Reward Manager at Associated British Foods plc from April 2015 to May 2019, and Head of Remuneration & Benefits at AB Agri from May 2011 to April 2015. Sarah's career began at Associated British Foods plc, where contributions were made as both Reward Manager and HR Manager from 2003 to May 2011, alongside experience as an HR Specialist at Exult and an HR Consultant at Pearl Assurance Ltd. Sarah holds a BA Hons in Sociology & Social Policy from The University of Sheffield, obtained between 1993 and 1996.
