Ana Silvia Gonzáles Torres

Ana Silvia Gonzáles Torres has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Ana Silvia started as an English teacher at Instituto Americano Guatemalteco (I.G.A.) in 2010. In 2012, they began working as an IT Manager at FC Ingenieros & Arquitectos. In 2014, they co-founded a software development company called InnerLemonade, where they focused on project planning and project management. In 2018, they began working as a Junior Marketing Analyst at Factivate, an Analyst, Project Management at Conduent, and a Catedrático universitario at Universidad del Valle de Guatemala. In 2019, they began working as a Project Manager at TELUS International Central America, where they were part of the Governance and Enablement team for internal technology projects, leading the B2B area and helping internal project managers follow processes. Finally, in 2020, they began working as a Project Manager Scrum Master at The SilverLogic.

Ana Silvia Gonzáles Torres graduated from Universidad del Valle de Guatemala in 2014 with a degree in Computer Science Engineering in the field of Technology. Prior to that, they attended Colegio Suizo Americano from 2007 to 2009 and obtained a Bachiller en Computación. Additionally, Ana Silvia has obtained several certifications, including Fundamentals of Business Analysis from Udemy in May 2020, Social Media Data Analytics from Coursera in July 2018, Advanced Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in October 2021, and Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in April 2020.
