Janna Lao

Janna Lao is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in account management, marketing, and leadership roles. Currently serving as an Account Executive at The Sliding Door Company since June 2021, Janna previously held the position of Marketing Project Manager at Amermex International, where responsibilities included creating market research reports and managing marketing projects. Janna's earlier experience includes significant roles at the City of El Segundo as a Recreation Leader II, facilitating software implementation and customer service, and as an Executive Virtual Assistant for SAWA Life, supporting marginalized women artisans. Janna's leadership capabilities were demonstrated as President of Global Business Brigades of UC San Diego and Executive Vice President of the Business Council of UC San Diego. Academic achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UC San Diego, further studies at The London School of Economics, and an Associate's degree from Santa Monica College.
