Jude Cooks

Jude Cooks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, credit servicing, and project management. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for Small Business Financial Exchange, Inc. since October 2022, Jude Cooks has held multiple leadership roles at Synchrony since February 2015, including Vice President of Operations & Credit Servicing, Vice President of Credit Solutions, and Strategic Initiatives Leader. Prior experience includes senior management roles at Citi from July 2006 to February 2015, overseeing operational risk management and project management for the Consumer North American Operations and Technology division. Jude Cooks began a career in technology at Indiana University Kelley School of Business, where roles included Assistant Network Administrator and Helpdesk Technician, complemented by early experience as a Computer Technician. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Strategy and International Business and a B.A. in Computer Science and Philosophy from Indiana University.
