Previous roles include a decade at The Walt Disney Company, where key positions encompassed HR Director EMEA and Director of Learning & Development for the EMEA region. Additional experience includes senior HR roles at Ernst & Young, Marakon Associates, Broadview International, and Booz Allen Hamilton, showcasing a strong background in strategic HR leadership and talent development.
