Nikoleta Daikou

Nikoleta Daikou is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as Team Leader for General Recruitment at Grecruitment since October 2021, where responsibilities include fostering team collaboration and oversight of daily operations. Nikoleta has also held roles as a Consultant in various recruitment divisions, such as Healthcare and Education, and coordinated recruitment projects in Medical and Hospitality sectors. In addition, Nikoleta is a dedicated volunteer at The Smile of the Child, providing creative care to children in hospitals, and has completed a year-long internship as a School Psychologist at Anatolia College. Nikoleta's academic background includes a Master's degree in School Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, alongside an Erasmus program at Technische Universität Dresden.
