Anton Leschen

Anton Leschen is an experienced professional serving as the General Manager for Victoria at The Smith Family since February 2002. With a background in local government leadership from January 2002 to February 2013, Anton oversaw children, youth, and family services as the Victorian operations manager, leading a team of 35 across 12 locations in metropolitan and regional Victoria. Anton holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Swinburne University of Technology and an Associate Diploma in Outdoor Education/Adventure Leadership. Additionally, Anton is currently completing the 2022 Williamson Leadership Program at Leadership Victoria.
