Gabrielle Pither

Gabrielle Pither is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at The Smith Family since January 2019, providing legal support to a national charity that assists disadvantaged young Australians in achieving educational success. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Associate at Prolegis Lawyers, where Gabrielle advised charities on corporate and commercial matters, including significant projects like the RESOLVE Social Benefit Bond with Flourish Australia. Gabrielle held positions as an In-House Lawyer at Westpac Banking Corporation, focusing on financial services laws and complex commercial transactions, and as a Senior Associate at Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now King and Wood Mallesons), where expertise was developed in corporate governance and a variety of corporate transactions. Gabrielle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Finance) from UNSW.
