Teresa Stuka-Kouimelis has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, holding various management and advisory roles since 1989. Current operations management at Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group, Inc. began in November 2005. Additionally, Teresa has served as an advisor, facilitator, and consultant in private equity and venture capital since November 2001. Previous roles include Multi Unit Operations Manager at both Rosebud Restaurant Group (2002-2004) and Phil Stefani Signature Restaurants (2001-2002), as well as General Manager at Levy Restaurants from 1989 to 2001, overseeing several notable establishments. Teresa's early career includes contributions to Odyssey Cruises Chicago during its opening operations.
