Jay Kent-Hume

Jay Kent-Hume has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Jay is currently the CoFounder & CEO of The Sociable Society since 2015. In 2022, they joined creable.io as an Advisor. From 2016 to 2018, Jay founded and worked as a Consultant for Sociable Staffing. Prior to that, they served as the Director - Los Angeles at TEEMA Group from 2010 to 2016, where they focused on mid-level to executive recruitment in the Technology sector and managed accounts such as Sony Pictures, Disney Interactive, Macys.com, and Electronic Arts. In 2015, Jay worked as the Head Coach - U11 for Athletic Football Club of Los Angeles. Jay'searlier experience includes roles as a Recruitment Consultant at Swim Recruiting, Director of Recruiting at Simply Recruiting, and Recruitment Consultant at Sapphire Technologies. Jay started their career at Tarsus Group as an Account Manager - Publishing from 2004 to 2006.

Jay Kent-Hume attended TAFE NSW from 2003 to 2004, where they pursued an Advanced Diploma in Marketing & Advertising.
