David Heaney is co-founder and Principal for The Social Assistance Partnership. David has focused his career on helping people and institutions negotiate change and transformation to more effectively and efficiently serve disadvantaged populations. David was a Senior Vice President with the Human Services Group at MAXIMUS (NYSE: MMS). Creating access to new markets by engaging and enlisting the support of diverse stakeholder groups including elected officials, commissioners, policy makers, researchers, thought leaders, and public and private suppliers, he has led large international social assistance expansion initiatives in Australia, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Israel, South Korea and the United Kingdom. David’s work as a senior pastor and his training as a family systems therapist has helped shape holistic approaches to integrated social assistance solutions.
