Sapna Patel Pattni

Sapna Patel is currently the Director of Operations at The Social Change Agency. Prior to their current position, they served as a Customer Service Supply Chain Analyst/Coordinator and an OTC Territory Manager at RB from September 2017 to December 2018 and January 2016 to September 2017 respectively.

As the OTC Territory Manager, Sapna was responsible for developing & delivering account specific plans to deliver growth in line with channel strategy and KPI’s, optimizing the distribution, merchandising and promotions of products, regularly training HCPs about the product, and managing account relationships & responding to customer needs and queries. Sapna was also responsible for creating financial forecasts and negotiating alternative strategic for larger pharmacy groups, providing internal and external developments, and suggesting new ways to increase sales. Within the first year of being an OTC Territory Manager, Sapna grew the territory by 13.4% and increased market share by 136 bpt.

In their current role as Director of Operations at The Social Change Agency, Sapna is responsible for leading and managing all operational aspects of the organization. This includes developing operational strategy, managing day-to-day operations, overseeing resource allocation, and ensuring that all operational processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

Sapna Patel attended the University of Kent- Medway School of Pharmacy, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy/BSc (Hons) Pharmaceutical Science. Prior to that, they attended Barking Abbey Comprehensive School, where they earned a GCSE.

Sapna Patel reports to Esther Foreman, CEO. They work with Grace Sodzi-Smith - Partnerships Manager, Andy King - Communications Manager, and Helen Swindlehurst - Operations Assistant. Some individuals on their team include Claire Barber - Finance Officer, Asha Kaushal - Operations Assistant.
