Joost van Beek has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joost currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at The Social Hub, where they have been working since 2021. Prior to that, Joost worked as the Director of Operations at The Social Hub from 2021 to 2023.

Joost started their career at Regus Business Centre as the Assistant Center Manager in 2001, and prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Manager at NH Doelen from 1998 to 2001.

Joost van Beek pursued their higher education from 1996 to 1998 at EuroCollege, where they obtained a degree in Hospitality Management. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1996, they completed their secondary education at Damstede College, where they earned a degree in Havo.
