Nilesh Ekka

Nilesh Ekka is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Implementation at The Social Lab since July 2023. Previously, Nilesh worked as a Program Manager at Pragya, focusing on empowering community-based disaster management teams for sustainable development in ecologically sensitive areas. Nilesh's extensive background includes roles such as Senior Manager of Public Affairs at a stealth mode startup and Program Head at the Association for Democratic Reforms. Earlier experience encompasses positions as Energy/Program Officer at Vasudha Foundation India, Research Analyst at Delsin Enviro Solutions, and Systems Engineer at Aricent Group. Nilesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, complemented by an intermediate education in Mathematics and Computer Science from Don Bosco School.
