Alexis Gatignol is an experienced professional in the motorsport industry, currently serving as the Endurance Race Strategy Leader for Alpine since March 2019, where responsibilities include making live on-track decisions, developing strategic infrastructure, and enhancing performance in alignment with race strategies. Previously, Gatignol held roles in innovation management and technical project leadership within the F1 Power Unit sector, co-founding an innovation platform and architecting simulation tools while focusing on advanced mathematical optimization. Earlier experience includes support for race strategy and vehicle performance at Red Bull Racing & Red Bull Technology. Gatignol holds a "Polytechnicien" Engineer Diploma from École Polytechnique and a Master's Degree from IFP School, complemented by education at the University of California, Berkeley.
