Dana Tabachnik is a seasoned environmental law and policy consultant with extensive experience in managing projects focused on environmental sustainability and governance. Currently serving as the Manager of the River and Streams Rehabilitation Project at the Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel, Dana oversees funding proposals, team management, and the integration of various objectives for environmental restoration. Previous roles include founding the Center for Climate Change Policy, providing research and policy support at UNDP, and directing the Economy & Environment Department at the Israel Union for Environmental Defense. Dana holds advanced degrees in law from Columbia University and The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, specializing in energy, environment, and natural resources law.
