Roheena Moosa

Roheena Moosa's work experience begins in 2015, when they worked as a Summer Intern at Groupe Le Duff. In 2015, they also worked as a Private Tutor, assisting students with daily homework assignments and teaching subjects such as algebra, geometry, multiplication, and public speaking skills.

In 2019, Roheena served as a Civic Interfaith Leader at Baylor University for a period of seven months.

Starting in 2020, Roheena worked at New York University as a Research Assistant for two years. During the same year, they also became a Registered Behavior Therapist at Action Behavior Centers, providing therapy for children with autism.

In 2021, Roheena joined The Soho Center for Mental Health Counseling as an Advanced Clinical Resident, a role they held until 2022.

Continuing their career in the mental health field, Roheena then worked at Odile Psychotherapy Service as a Mental Health Counselor from 2022 to the present time.

From 2022 to 2023, Roheena also took on the position of Social Content Coordinator at Dallasites101 & UNATION, where they coordinated social media content.

Finally, in 2023, Roheena returned to The Soho Center for Mental Health Counseling as a Mental Health Counselor.

Roheena Moosa pursued their education in a chronological manner. Roheena began their academic journey at Hebron High School, where they completed their high school education between 2011 and 2015. After graduating from high school, Roheena attended Baylor University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Roheena furthered their education at NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development from 2020 to 2022, obtaining a Master's of Art degree in Applied Psychology/Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness.
