Katharine Kent

Katharine Kent is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the solar energy industry and a strong educational background in engineering and management. Currently serving as President of The Solar Store since March 1998, Katharine leads a dedicated team in designing, installing, and servicing solar energy installations while holding qualifications as the Qualifying Party for both commercial and residential plumbing and electrical contractor licenses. Prior to this role, Katharine was the National Sales Manager for the Oxidation Technology Group at Calgon Carbon Corporation and served as Field and Contract Manager at Peroxidation Systems from September 1990 to January 1997. Katharine holds a Master's degree in Nuclear and Energy Engineering and an MBA from the University of Arizona, as well as Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston.
