Sam Cordwell

Sam Cordwell currently serves as the Commercial Director - Wellness & Nutrition at Solent Group since October 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Sales Director at MIGHTY, where leadership contributed to the scale-up of a fast-growing dairy alternative brand, and Head of Sales and Business Development at Green Origins, overseeing retail sales for a prominent superfood business. Previously, Sam held various strategic roles at Glanbia Performance Nutrition, managing distributor channels and UK retail operations. A former Head of Category VMS & Sports at Holland & Barrett, responsible for significant revenue generation, Sam began a career at Boots UK with multiple managerial positions in healthcare categories. Sam holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management from Nottingham Trent University.
