Daniel McInerney has a strong background in asset management and real estate. Daniel most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at The Solomon Organization since April 2023. Before that, they held the role of Executive Vice President, Asset Management at Midwood Investment & Development from November 2018 to April 2023. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President, Asset Management at Taconic Investment Partners from March 2009 to November 2018. Daniel also has experience as a Senior Investment Advisor at Georgia Malone & Co., Inc. from February 2007 to March 2009, as an Assistant Vice President at CharterMac from March 2005 to February 2007, and as an Asset Manager at Houlihan Parnes/Metro Property Group from September 2001 to February 2005.
Daniel McInerney received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from the University of Scranton, where they attended from 1994 to 1998. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Finance at New York University, completing their studies from 2006 to 2009.

Properties are re-positioned through value-add programs, routinely consisting of renovations and upgrades to the interiors, exteriors and/or amenities. Having managed tens of thousands of apartment homes, we continually monitor market trends and implement best practices to enhance operations and our residents’ living experiences.
