Sandeep Kumar Pandey is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in Indian cuisine. Currently serving as Corporate Executive Chef at The Sonnet since February 2019, Sandeep has previously held the position of Executive Chef at Speciality Restaurants Limited from April 2012 to January 2019, where responsibilities included brand development and menu innovation. Additional experience includes a brief role as a chef judge on Star Jalsha and working as Senior Sous Chef at IHHR Hospitality. With a foundational career beginning at Hyatt Regency Kolkata as Chef de Cuisine, Sandeep is well-versed in all aspects of kitchen management and operations. Sandeep holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Indian Institute of Business Management.
