Prior experience includes serving as a Cyber Threat Fusion Analyst at Solutions By Design II, LLC, and as a Risk Insights Operations Analyst at Crest Security Assurance. Matt also worked as a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst at BWM Outcomes, LLC, focusing on technical analysis for the U.S. Cyber Threat Intelligence Cell. Previous experience includes an Incident Handler role at Federal Data Systems, where Matt contributed to maintaining the integrity of DoD information systems, and serving in the US Navy as an Information System Specialist and System Administrator. Educationally, Matt graduated from James Hubert Blake High School in 2013.

The Soter Group, a small business based in Arlington, Virginia, offers two types of services: -Federal Government Services: We are focused on being the "silver lining" subcontractor to prime contractors supporting Federal cyber security programs. -Commercial Sector Services: We help private sector entities enter or expand within the Federal market with our commercial services centered around market research and strategic advisory services. We have two goals: -Assist the Federal government in protecting and securing its networks, systems, and data more effectively and efficiently. -Provide pragmatic guidance and support to private sector entities focused on capturing their share of the Federal market. We only perform our services in partnership with our customers.
