Emerita Torres

Emerita Torres is Vice President of Policy, Research, and Advocacy at the Community Service Society of New York. Emerita is also a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations, a Senior Fellow at The Soufan Center, and a Member of The WIE Suite. Previously, Emerita served as a Diplomat at the U.S. Department of State and as a Graduate Teaching Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School. Emerita holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from New York University.
