Vince Szymczak

Vince Szymczak is a seasoned professional in technology and talent solutions with extensive experience in recruitment and sourcing. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at The Source Code Agency since January 2022, Vince has been instrumental in conducting sourcing audits, HR technology analysis, and consultancy projects. Vince also contributes as an Advisory Board Member at Meijer & Co, focusing on sustainable recruitment practices. Prior to this, Vince held various leadership roles at Randstad Sourceright from April 2013 to December 2021, culminating in the position of Director of Technology, where responsibilities included overseeing the Global Talent Innovation Center. Vince began a career in sourcing and recruitment at Randstad Hungary and has educational credentials in management and leadership from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
