Matthew Janz has a diverse work experience in the marketing field. Matthew is currently working as the Director of Marketing at The Source+ Holding since 2023. Prior to that, they co-founded Better Brand Collective in 2021. Matthew previously worked at The+Source as the Director of THC Marketing and Director of Marketing from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Marketing and Operations at Oasis Cannabis Dispensary from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, they worked as the Marketing Manager at The Apothecarium from 2016 to 2018 and gained experience as a Promotions and Social Media Specialist and Marketing Intern at Mixed Media Entertainment from 2015 to 2016.
Matthew Janz attended Nevada State University from 2015 to 2017, where they studied Marketing. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, they attended the College of Southern Nevada and earned two Associate's Degrees. The first degree was in Business Administration and Management, General, and the second degree was in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.

The Source NV offers retail (recreational) and medical marijuana to in-state locals and out of state patients seeking to visit our Henderson or Las Vegas dispensaries.
