Mark Rogers

Mark Rogers has extensive experience in compensation analysis and management within the healthcare industry. Mark started their career at UnitedHealth Group as a Provider Resolution Specialist before moving on to Emerginet, LLC where they served as a Senior Compensation Analyst and later as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. Currently, Mark holds the position of Director Compensation at The Southeast Permanente Medical Group, where they previously served as Manager, Physician Compensation and Senior Consultant for Physician Compensation. Their responsibilities have included market analysis, pay-for-performance assessment, and maintaining competitive compensation structures for physicians and providers.

Mark Rogers completed their Associate's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Georgia State University Perimeter College from 2012 to 2015. Mark then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Georgia Southwestern State University, graduating in 2018.
