Negah Rassouli

Senior Physician Director For Safety System at The Southeast Permanente Medical Group

Negah Rassouli has extensive experience in the medical field. Negah started their career in 2007 at The Southeast Permanente Medical Group as an Endocrinologist and later held roles as Physician Program Director for Ambulatory Patient Safety and Senior Physician Director for Safety System. In 2009, they joined Emory University School of Medicine as a Clinical Assistant Professor. Currently, they serve as the President of the Georgia Society of Endocrinology, starting in 2023.

Negah Rassouli began their education at Tehran University of Medical Sciences, where they earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in Medicine from 1993 to 2000. Negah then pursued Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science/Research and Allied Professions at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences from 2000 to 2002. Following this, they completed an Internal Medicine Residency Program at Mount Sinai Health System from 2002 to 2005. Finally, they specialized in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism through a fellowship program at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences from 2005 to 2007.
