Joseph Villanueva, CCIM, CPM, currently serves as a Senior Property Manager at Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates since January 2014, overseeing the management of 10,000 multi-family apartment units and 1,000,000 square feet of mixed-use commercial properties nationwide, while supervising 20-30 staff members. Prior to this, Joseph held the position of Regional Property Manager at MidPen Housing from August 2009 to January 2014, managing eight affordable housing communities with nearly 1,000 units and demonstrating expertise in various funding programs. Earlier experience includes roles as Property Manager at The John Stewart Company, REALTOR-Property Manager at Intero Real Estate Services, and REALTOR at Prudential Real Estate Investors. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Arizona and an Associate of Arts degree from Hartnell College, with ongoing studies for a Master of Business Administration at the University of Arizona.
