Terry Zeigler is a seasoned educator and healthcare professional with extensive experience in kinesiology and sports medicine. Since September 1985, Terry has served as a Professor at Vanguard University of Southern California, teaching core courses in athletic training and physical therapy, while also functioning as the Health Center Director, overseeing medical care for the university community. Additionally, Terry holds the position of Medical Director at The Spirit Consultants, tasked with hiring certified athletic trainers for summer camps and ensuring comprehensive medical care for participants. As a Feature Writer for SportsMD Media Inc. and Suite101.com, Terry produces detailed articles on sports injuries, women's health, concussion management, and injury prevention in youth sports. Terry earned an EdD in Higher Education: Health Care Education from Nova Southeastern University and a Master of Arts in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from San Diego State University.
