Ashly Tilden-Browning

Ashly Tilden-Browning, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at The Springs Living, LLC, since December 2023. Prior experience includes over twelve years at Pacific University, where roles encompassed MBA Program Manager and various executive assistant positions supporting the General Counsel and the College of Business Dean, as well as Human Resources and Administrative Assistant duties. Ashly's career began at Oregon State University in the College of Veterinary Medicine. Education includes a Master of Business Administration from Southern Oregon University, a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from Oregon State University, and an Associate of Arts Oregon Transfer degree from Rogue Community College.
