Ilan Boger

Ilan Boger has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Ilan is currently serving as the Vice President of Training and Instructors at The Squadron NYC since September 2022. Prior to this, they held multiple positions at The Squadron - Hatayeset, including Head of the Online Branch and Senior Instructor from February 2019 to February 2023. Before joining The Squadron, Ilan was the CEO of Double Cool Ltd from September 2014 to June 2016. Ilan also has a background in the Israeli Air Force, where they served as the Head of the Personnel Branch from July 2010 to November 2013 and as an Air Force Base Commander from July 2007 to August 2009.

Ilan Boger earned a Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Economics from Bar-Ilan University from 1992 to 1994. Ilan later pursued a Master's degree in Political Science and Government at the University of Haifa from 2009 to 2010.
