Artur Pinto

Artur Pinto has a diverse work experience in various IT roles. Artur started their career in 1997 as an IT Manager at InforZone.com, where they built and sold PCs, as well as created internet websites. Artur then worked as an IT Manager and Developer at Luis Santos & Monteiro SA from 2000 to 2004, developing ERP solutions and a Time & Attendance Management System. From 2004 to 2006, Artur served as an IT Manager at MAC SGPS, where they managed the implementation of Microsoft Navision and a team of IT staff. Artur also installed a new VoIP solution for the company. Artur then founded their own company, Artur Pinto - Conteúdos Digitais, Lda, and worked as the owner from 2004 to 2012. Artur managed a team and oversaw projects such as website development and mobile phone tools. From 2013 to 2016, Artur worked as a Senior System Support Engineer at Serval Systems Ltd. Artur then joined Charityshare Ltd in 2016 as an Operations Analyst, where they supported and maintained the IT infrastructure. Most recently, Artur has been working at The SR Group since 2018. Artur initially served as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, where they were involved in various projects such as Skype for Business deployment and email migration. Artur then took on the role of IT Service and Support Manager, managing internal and external IT teams and establishing relationships with users. Currently, Artur holds the position of Head of Platforms and Infrastructure at The SR Group.

Artur Pinto completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from ISTEC - Instituto Superior de Tecnologias Avançadas, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Escola Secundária Emídio Navarro from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a computer technician and management level 3 certification. In addition to their formal education, Artur Pinto also obtained certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) from Microsoft in February 2013, and the MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration certification, also from Microsoft, in the same month and year.
